Thank you for shopping with Faith and Style. We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.


Made-to-Order Products

All items at Faith and Style are custom-made on demand through our trusted fulfillment partner, Printful. Because each product is uniquely made just for you, we are only able to offer returns or exchanges for the following reasons:


Eligible Return Reasons

We gladly accept return requests if your item:

  • Arrives damaged or defective
  • Contains a manufacturing error
  • Is incorrect (wrong size, color, or design received compared to what you ordered)

In these cases, we will either send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g. change of mind)
  • Incorrect size ordered (please use our size guides carefully before purchasing)
  • Wrong shipping address provided by customer
  • Personalized or custom items with no defects

Because our products are custom-printed, we cannot resell returned items and therefore cannot process non-defective returns.


Reporting an Issue

To start a return or replacement request:

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include the following in your email:
    • Your order number
    • A clear photo of the item showing the issue
    • A brief description of the problem

We will review your request and respond within 1–3 business days.


Refunds

Once your claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of our products. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.


Return Shipping

If a return is required:

  • For defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping.
  • For unauthorized returns or buyer’s remorse: Customers are responsible for shipping and no refund will be issued unless approved in advance.

Do not return items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.


Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows the item was delivered but you didn’t receive it:

  • First, check with your neighbors or local post office.
  • Then contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the marked delivery.

We will assist in filing a claim or arranging a replacement if eligible.


Customs and International Returns

Customers outside of the U.S. or EU are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes. International returns due to refusal to pay duties will not be refunded.
