Order Processing and Fulfillment

All our products are made to order through our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printful. Once your order is placed, it enters a processing phase where the product is printed, quality-checked, and packaged.

  • Fulfillment Time: 2–7 business days (varies depending on product type and demand).
  • Business Days: Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note that during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, promotional events), fulfillment times may be extended.


Shipping Time and Delivery Estimates

Shipping time is in addition to fulfillment time. After your item is fulfilled, it will be shipped using the method selected at checkout.

Shipping Carriers

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • The shipping method selected
  • Your delivery address

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed during checkout when applicable.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders (outside the U.S. and EU) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country’s customs department.

  • Faith and Style is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit or is significantly delayed:

  • Please first check the tracking status and contact the carrier.
  • Then, contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, reprint or refund your order.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions of Ukraine
  • Russia and Belarus
  • North Korea, Iran, Syria

This list may be updated as global logistics conditions change.


Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes made after this period.
