Return & Refund Policy
At Faith and Style, every order is made with purpose and care. Because our products are custom printed, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our apparel, all sales are generally final. However, we do offer a limited size exchange policy to make sure you get the right fit.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Preference changes
- Worn or washed items
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Size Exchanges
If your item does not fit as expected, you may request a one-time size exchange.
To qualify:
- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Please use a trackable shipping method when returning items. Faith and Style is not responsible for returns lost in transit or items not received.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send your replacement in the requested size.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost, including shipping.
Processing Issues
We take pride in our in-house printing process. While rare, if there is an issue with print quality or production, we will correct it promptly.
Shipping Issues
Faith and Style is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist where possible.
